The Union County Improvement Authority has awarded the contract listed below, without competitive bidding, as professional services pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a). This contract is being awarded after a solicitation through a Fair and Open Process in accordance N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The contract, and the resolution authorizing them, are available for public inspection during regular business hours, in the office of the Clerk of the Union County Improvement Authority, 1499 Route 1&9 North, Rahway, New Jersey. The following contract has been awarded for a period commencing on August 3, 2016 for a period not to exceed twelve (12) consecutive months.
- Awarding a Professional Services Agreement to Netta Architects LLC, for services related to recreational improvements at the former Oak Ridge Golf Course, located in Union County New Jersey, for a sum not to exceed $1,237,000.00
