Notice to Postpone Opening
Due to the declared State of Emergency, receipt of Qualification Statements and Proposals in response to the Request for Proposals for Public Information Services and Request for Qualifications for Redevelopment Counsel Services currently scheduled for Tuesday, February 24, 2026 is hereby postponed until Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
Qualification Statements and Proposals must be delivered to, and be received by, Dr. Bibi Taylor, Executive Director, Union County Improvement Authority, 10 Elizabethtown Plaza, 5th Floor Elizabeth, New Jersey 07207 by Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Qualification Statements and Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, bearing the name and address of the Vendor and identifying the services the Vendor seeks to provide. Qualification Statements and Proposals will not be accepted by facsimile transmission or e-mail. Qualification Statements and Proposals received after 10:00 a.m. on March 3, 2026 will be automatically rejected and returned to the sender.
