PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in compliance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6, et. seq. (P.L. 1975, Ch. 231) notice is hereby given of a Special Meeting of the Union County Improvement Authority to be held on Monday, August 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM at 10 Elizabethtown Plaza – 6th Floor Commissioners Board Room, Elizabeth, NJ 07207.
Upon commencement of the meeting, the Board of Commissioners will immediately convene in executive session to discuss the litigation, Union County Improvement Authority v. Netta Architects, et. al. UNN-L-002546-23.
Following executive session, the Board of Commissioners will reconvene in open session for the purpose of considering and taking action on the following:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $335,000.00 FOR THE MATTER OF UNION COUNTY IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY V. NETTA ARCHITECTS, ET. AL., UNN-L-002546-23
