In accordance with the “Open Public Meetings Act,” P.L. 1975, c.231, the following schedule of Regular Public Meetings of the Union County Improvement Authority was approved at the annual reorganization meeting of the Authority on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 and has since been amended. The Authority gives public notice that it may act as a body, by taking official action, at any of the following meetings.

Due to the COVID-19 statewide public health emergency, for the safety of our staff, commissioners, and the public, the UCIA’s monthly meetings will begin at 5:00 p.m. and be held using video conferencing. Members of the public may attend this meeting by visiting the Authority’s website: ucimprovementauthority.org and following the link provided.
Portions of all meetings may be held in executive session to the extent allowed by law.
