The Authority is subject to the provisions of the Senator Byron M. Baer Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq. (P.L. 1975, Ch. 231) By Resolution No. 13-2026 duly adopted by the Authority on February 3, 2026, the Authority established an annual meeting schedule of meetings for March 2026 – February 2027.
The September 8, 2026, meeting will now take place at 1075 Edward Street, Linden, New Jersey 07036, Conference Room V-100. Through this publication acting as adequate notice, the Union County Improvement Authority is revising the September 8, 2026 meeting location.
